Dale Simmons

Dale Simmons died after jumping over a garden fance and falling down a cliff.

He was said that he had been running from four youths that had been chasing him, however, when tey were tried at Maidstone Crown Court the case was dismissed, with the court hearinf that there was no case to answer.
