Debbie Twist was found dead at a house in Manchester Road, Leigh, on Sunday 17 March 2019.
She had been stabbed.
Another 25-year-old man also suffered stab wounds at the property and was taken to hospital where he recovered.
A man was arrested on suspicion of murder but later released with no further action.
Four people were however charged in relation to aggravated burglary and the supply of drugs. Two of them were charged with aggravated burglary whilst the other two were charged with the supply of Class B drugs.
Nothing more is known.
