Carol Lannen

Carol Lannen was found dead in Templeton Woods in Dundee.

She was a prostitute and was last seen getting into a red Ford Cortina car in Exchange Street by another prostitute. She was discovered dead the following day.

Her handbag and clothes were discovered 11 days later on the banks of the River Don near Kintore.

A year later Elizabeth McCabe was found murdered at almost the same spot.

The murders were known as the The Templeton Woods Murders.
