Martha Mary Thomas

Griff Thomas and Martha Mary Thomas were found dead at their home.

They were brother and sister.

Although the police had initially treated the case as one of double murder the inquest later concluded that it was a murder suicide and a manslughter verdict was retured on Martha Thomas and an open verdict on Griff Thomas.

However, it was thought by some people that it was a double murder.

In October 2022 it was announced that the police were carrying out a forensic review of the case.
