Martin Cuddihy was found dead in the North Forty Foot Drain near Boston on 30 December 1954.
He was initially unidentified and was not identified until about 26 January 1954.
His inquest returned the verdict that he was found drowned.
He had previously been living at 240 Bute Street in Cardiff but at the time of his death he was described as having been of no fixed abode.
