Thanh Van Bui vanished in Glasgow on 12 June 2015.
He was from Pollokshields, Glasgow and was last seen getting on an England-bound train at Central Station shortly after being seen chatting to a man and woman there. The police said that they were interested in tracing the man and woman that he was last seen speaking to.
It was found that Thanh Bui had previously been tending a cannabis farm in Scotland Street in May 2015, the month before he vanished.
