Georgi Markov was killed on Waterloo Bridge over the River Thames whilst waiting for a bus.
He was a Bulgarian defector and was stabbed in the leg with what is thought to have been an umbrella with a poison ricin tip.
In November 2014 a statue of him was put up in Sofia, Bulgaria.
