Eniola Aluko was shot in a car park on Hartville Road at about 4.54pm on 14 June 2019.
He was shot not far from Plumstead Railway Station.
He died soon after the emergency services arrived.
His post mortem at Greenwich Mortuary gave his cause of death as a gunshot wound to the neck and chest.
