The body of a newly-born child was found wrapped up in brown paper on the sand dunes at Seacroft near Skegness.
The body was that of a fully-developed male child and was said to have had marks on its neck indicating that death had been due to asphyxia caused by something being tied round its neck.
The body was found by a 10-year old schoolboy that had been out playing on the dunes with a friend.
