Leon Ulett was found unresponsive in Mount Ephraim Road on 1 April 2015.
He was then taken to hospital where he died the following day on Thursday 2 April 2015.
The police said that the circumstances in which he was found were suspicious but that his death was being considered as unexplained.
The police said that they were trying to determine his movements up to his death and were calling for witnesses that might have information on that.
