Abdi Liban

Abdi Leban died in a suspicious fire at a block of flats in Balfour Close, Northampton on 31 March 2008.

It was thought that the fire had started on or near a motorbike on a stairwell that had then caused its petrol tank to fail and feed the fire.

He was found dead at the bottom of a stairwell in Shoemakers Court, having died from the effects of fire and smoke inhalation.

His death was classed as a suspicious death.

Abdi Leban had been a Somali national.
