Olive May Teece was found dead in a canal.
She had a wound about two inches long that penetrated down to the bone at the back of her left ear. A pathologist said that he was certain that the wound had been made before she had entered the water.
Olive Teece was a fancy leather-worker and lived in Alma Street in Walsall.
She was last seen on the night of 26 June 1930 and found in the canal the following Sunday.
