Samuel Butler was found dead in a caravan.
He had been shot on 4 July 1930. He was found dead on the floor of the caravan.
His wife was charged with his murder at the Worcester Assizes but found not guilty.
The defence stated that the gun which was found near his body was dirty and liable to go off accidently.
His wife said that she was asleep when the shot was fired and said that a dog might have accidently touched the trigger and fired it.
