Michael John Jones was shot outside his home in Bromleigh House, Abbey Street, Bermondsey at about 1am on 16 October 2003.
Shortly after a car was seen to leave the area with what was said to have been two black men in it.
His cause of death was said to be gunshot wounds. He had been shot 13 times in total in the head and abdomen.
