Matthew Fallon was attacked in Finsbury Park, north London on 19 March 2013 and later died on 21 March 2013 in hospital.
He died in the Royal London Hospital from bleeding on the brain after receiving serious head injuries.
The police were called out on 19 March 2013 after reports were made about him being unconscious in the street.
A man was arrested soon after and charged with his manslaughter, but he was acquitted after the prosecution offered no evidence after other evidence emerged that Matthew Fallon had been armed with an iron bar at the time.
His inquest returned a verdict of accidental death.
