Julian Kempsey

Julian Kempsey was beaten to death.

His neighbour was charged with his murder but no trial results can be found.

Julian Kempsey was found near his home on the Sunday evening 16 July 2006, with head injuries and taken to the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where he died the following day on 17 July 2006. He had been hit with a blunt instrument.

It was said that the Doddington Estate where he had lived was riddled with crime and that muggings would happen in broad daylight. It was also said that there was a lot of anti-social behaviour.
